Who is E.I.R. Executive Search?

“E.I.R. Executive Search” stands for Experience - Integrity - Results.  E.I.R. is a national recruitment firm with two main goals:

1) Establishing a perfect fit between employers and candidates, like pieces of a puzzle, and

2) Helping our clients fill their open positions in the shortest amount of time and within budget.

E.I.R. Executive Search conducts candidate searches on a retained, contingent and contract basis.

We remain flexible to meet the demands of our clients.  E.I.R. forms a solid partnership with your company’s decision makers on the front-end of a search assignment to determine the best and most cost effective course of action.

What sets E.I.R. Executive Search apart from its competition?

We use a Direct Sourcing strategy.  That means we go after the key players within the industries our clients want us to target, and we network within those sectors to find out who the movers & shakers are.  We do not work off of an old and antiquated database of candidates who’s resume has been posted online for months.  E.I.R. Executive Search loves to find that needle in the haystack, also known as “the passive job seeker”, for our clients.

We exhibit a very high level of attention to the details of a search.  Getting the position description correct on the front-end isn’t the only thing we pay attention to during a search assignment - we can read between the lines.  There are some intangibles that we are able to identify during our first meetings with our clients.  Sometimes it’s the small things that make the difference between identifying a candidate and identifying a fantastic candidate.

We deliver results while also delivering the utmost in communications.  We communicate with you how you want it, the frequency you want it, and with the amount of detail you are looking for, and…

We are much more flexible with our fee structures than other large firms that have to cover lots of overhead costs.  We know that our clients have a budget to watch and we are very mindful of that. We want you to look like a hero for making a great hiring decision, but not look like a zero because you went over budget in the process.
